Due to the continuously evolving situation and in line with the ongoing measures in France, Disneyland® Paris have made the decision to keep the resort closed. An opening date will be announced soon. in line with the recently announced UK government announcement we will be servicing guests who were due to travel before the 8th June 2021.
To help you manage your booking with MagicBreaks, and following discussions with our travel partners, we have updated our information and approach as follows.
The Parks and Hotels at Disneyland® Paris are closed, a re-opening date will be announced soon.
Amendments to your Booking
You may want to amend the date of your holiday, we will be able to offer you a selection of new dates for on-site arrivals from 1st July 2021 to 30th March 2022 based on the arrival date of your current reservation.
We will help you to get the best options available which may also include additional incentives.
Also, other hotels in the area around Disneyland® Paris are offering some excellent low prices and with the flexibility of adding daily park passes to help lower the overall price of your holiday, these can be booked as far as December 2022!
Cancellation of your Booking
If options to amend your booking do not work for you, then you may choose to cancel your booking and request a refund which will be processed within 28 days from the date of cancellation.
Don't forget, we offer a fantastic selection of Worldwide holidays, we can always amend your holiday to a different destination. Please discuss these options with our Customer Care team.
Please note that we will be contacting customers who are affected by Eurostar cancellations.
Alternative routes via Lille or Paris Gare du Nord are available for those wishing to travel and can be discussed with our agents.
Amendments to future travel dates are also possible as far as April 2022.
