The balance for your booking with MagicBreaks is due 16 weeks prior to travel.

Please note that any additional extras must be added no later than 14 weeks before your departure (or date agreed with agent at the time of booking). Click here for pricing and information.

Your Disneyland Paris booking reference will be issued by your agent 14 weeks before travel, once the rooming lists are confirmed (date to be confirmed at time of booking).

To make dining reservations, please use the Disneyland Paris app once you have received your booking reference, or log in separately to make reservations up to 2 months in advance.

Great Days terms and conditions: Disneyland Paris Cancellation Policy (based on twin occupancy*)

From date of booking up to 99 days before arrival (1): Loss of deposit
From 98-57 days prior to arrival (1): 25% cancellation fee*
From 56-43 days prior to arrival (1): 60% cancellation fee*
From 42-29 days prior to arrival (1): 70% cancellation fee*
From 28-22 days prior to arrival (1): 90% cancellation fee*
From 21 days and up to & including the day of arrival & no-shows 100% cancellation fee

*Cancellation fee shall be calculated on the basis of number of adults/children per room and or the
age brackets indicated by the client, when confirming, or failing that, on the basis of 2 adults (twin
price) per room.

(1) Not including the day of arrival.

City Tax in France – Potential Changes
The French Government has indicated that there could be changes in the amount visitors pay to the local
authorities as city tax. The package prices issued by Disney include city tax at the current rate and we will
advise if there are any changes which will affect your package prices.
Guaranteed Rates
If the Euro is the official currency of any country in the above services, but ceases to be so, we reserve the
right to withdraw any price guarantee and to amend the tour price, as necessary and appropriate in the
circumstances.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please advise as soon as possible any special requests that the group or individuals may have and these will
be forwarded to the relevant supplier but are not guaranteed.

CHILDREN
Unless stated otherwise children are aged between 3 and 11 years inclusive and for the child rate to apply
there must be at least 1 adult in the room unless otherwise stated. For school/youth groups the child rate is
not applicable.
